Mentee Requirements

• 4-months with the program
• Spending at least 7-hours a month with your mentor (This includes weekly phone check ins and two monthly in-person* check ins)
• Establishing monthly goals with your mentor
• Adherence to all With Love, Victory Inc.'s policies and procedures

1. Sign up and attend the program informational and industry panel

2. Complete the mentee application

3. Confirm participation 

4. Attend mentee training

5. Mentee Match 

 *Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, some "in-person" activities will be limited to virtual meetings. 

After the event, you will receive a the application through your provided email. Complete the application by the deadline posted. Please note there are a limited number of spaces available so complete the form to the best of your ability. Applicants will be notified of acceptance within 2 weeks of the deadline.

Following your notification of acceptance, you will have one week to confirm participation in the program.

At the Mentee Training, participants will receive  gain insights on how to make their mentorship experience meaningful.
